The truth is I don't think I've gotten through half of our vacation photos but I'm gonna go ahead and put a few favorites up anyway. I loved having two solid weeks to play with my camera and photograph a variety of subjects. Okay, the Pigbear is definitely still in most of these but at least there were some other people thrown in too! I've been doing some shoots for friends and family and I'm toying with the idea of eventually doing it for more than just fun. I certainly know I've got a ways to go but I thought I'd throw the idea out there to get it out of my head and into existence. Let me know what you think.

Admittedly, I will be disappointed if you don't pursue photography as a career. You have such an eye for it. There are so many people who think they are good at it - but you truly are. Plus, it's a great job for a stay-at-home mom! The business will grow as your children grow. It's perfect.
I totally agree. You have a great subject to get lots of practice. You are also great at reading people and seeing how to get them to feel comfortable with you. You would be a wonderful photographer.
i love the energy in all of your pictures, both here and on all of your previous posts! you definately have quite a talent and it would be a shame to not hone that and use it! can't wait to see more!!! :)
LOVE LOVE LOVE the one of her on the rocker and her in the hammock. SOOO great! i think that you should go forth with pursuing photography! you're awesome at it!
Wow, those are beautiful...I of course have my favorite, which I've downloaded and forwarded to friends and family. You got that big smile of hers - I will cherish that one always.
So good to see you guys. We'll happily pay for shipping if you'll burn us a CD with all the photos you took...
Erin, you really should go for it. I could see if Kelly (the one I told you about who, like you, decided to take up photography as a business) has any tips/research input for you. Kelly just enjoys it so much and it gives her flexible time to spend with her child and husband. You have all of our support.
Roz and I have thought you should be a professional photographer from the get-go. You have an amazing knack for catching life as you see it, and as we would see it if we were right there with you. Most of your shots are unposed but they still come out crystal clear and beautiful, and I think there are plenty of photographers out there getting paid beaucoups of money who still haven't mastered that. Whatever you decide, at least you'll have a ton of great shots of your little girl along the way... :)
yah- Gary will never let him live down writing on the blog... by the way= Gary sent me some pictures the other day that he said you wouldn't post on your blog when he was out there.... will you kill me if i post them on my blog?! i think they are precious actually... but wanted to run that by you! (i mean- gary is awesome and i love him but we girls must stick together!)
Yes Maam, you've been blessed with a real talent and you should run with it! Not only are your pics absolutely beautiful, but they're inspiring. You make it look like the easiest thing in the world to pic up a camera and capture the moment in front of you, but I'm sure many would agree that what you do is no easy feat. Keep photgraphing and while you continue to grow leaps in bounds in your talent, make some money too! Us non-photographers need pep like you to capture the moments in our lives! -Roz that Colleen mentioned (fellow AU alum)
I love all of pictures that you have taken. They are absolutely wonderful, I look at your blog daily because you take the neatest(is that a word) pictures. I totally agree that you should make this a career.
