For the baby fashion buffs out there this is another outfit from Christi who is single-handedly keeping my kids in style! She dropped off another awesome box yesterday full of Gymboree, Janie and Jack and all the rest. Man I love me some hand me downs! :)
And for the photography buffs these were all shot with my external flash which I'm beginning to make friends with finally.

Okay, let's see...
A workshop? No way! Thanks for the flattery though...it's always appreciated. :) I'm all about sharing what I can with you guys for free but I just don't have the time or know-how do put what I would need to into an online course. Definitely check out Wendy Schulz though if you're looking for a great online learning experience. The link's in my sidebar.
As for the flash it's a 420ex (thanks Aunt Lori...just say the word and I'll mail it back!) and I'm really starting to love it. It gives just the right boost when I need a little more light than I have on hand. These were taken on the floor of Ephraim's room which has the worst light in our house. He has a small west-facing window that casts all sorts of weird shadows around the room. In these shots the window is to his left and I bounced the flash off the ceiling at an angle. I'm certainly not a flash expert but the more I play with it the better I get. Have fun!

Jeri, it's the 50mm/1.4. It's what I use indoors 99% of the time. Especially for from-above shots like this since it's hard to get up high enough over a baby to get the 85mm to focus (which is the only other lens I have). Thanks for asking!
