It's not secret that I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to sharing actions with you guys but I'm certainly willing to try! It sounds like some people had trouble when the actions being unflattened so I'm flattening them and sharing them that way too. Here are all the links...choose the one that's right for you and let me know if it's working!
Color for full photoshop - unflattened (updated that with the right link!)
Color for full photoshop - flattened
Color for elements - unflattened
Color for elements - flattened
If you're an elements user there are some tips in the post below for how to load actions. Amy also had a good tidbit in the comments section about how to color balance in elements. Help each other out in this comments section too if need be!
Have a fantastic weekend!

tHANKS eRIN! I can't wait to try them out :)
I just wanted to say thanks! I'm excited to play with some of my pictures:o)
Thanks Erin!!! The flattened one works for CS3 now :)
Wow! You've opened up a whole new world for me! I mostly use photoshop for resizing photos. I had no idea where to begin when it came to messing with any of the other stuff (and still don't, but after seeing what your action did to my photo, I might have to chase down some Scott Kelby books since you recommended them in your questions-answered section.) Thanks!
Thanks, this is amazing. The first one didn't work for me, but it turns out I didn't load it right. But I used the flattened one and will try the unflattened tomorrow.
Thanks Erin!! I got them to work in Elements and they are awesome. Any B&W's in the future?! :)
you ROCK! Thanks! it works for CS3
Thanks Erin! I have been a lerker for a long while and love your pictures. My problem is that I have Elements and I have tried using the tutorial that you provided in the previous post but I think my problem is that we are running Vista and those instructions are for XP. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks again! You have a beautiful family!
Carrie, I did a quick google search for you and found this site...

Awesome! Thanks for sharing. The unflattened version worked for me in Elements 5!
Thanks so much! You're so generous with sharing! I've been your blog stalker for a year now and actually took Wendy's class because of your recommendation. I've come a LONG way since then. Thanks for being a great inspiration!
Arg...am I the only one who can't get it to open in PhotoShop? I have PS CS...is that why it won't work? I tried saving the files from GigaSize to my desktop and opening them in PS. I also tried just opening them and downloading them from the site...my PS automatically opens, but nothing shows! Ugh... can anyone help? I didn't think I was this computer-illiterate!
Coming out from being a lurker to thank you for the action. I used the unflattened version for PSE and it worked just find. Thanls for sharing!
Thanks Erin. Can't wait to play tonight with it....and I have the perfect photo in mind too
